Why does my account say “Free Trial”?

You may see a temporary “free trial” status or receive emails about a trial ending—don’t worry, this is simply placeholder terminology used by our new system.

If you see "Trial" in your membership subscription it just means your last membership payment was made through our old website, and ensures you retain full access to member benefits until your renewal is processed through the new platform.

To make sure your renewal happens seamlessly when the "trial" ends, you can update your billing information anytime in your member account.

No payment will be charged until your membership officially renews. If you want, you can wait to add your billing information until you receive notices about your trial ending.
