What Your Trial Ending Notification Means
If you received a message about your “trial ending,” here’s what you need to know:
Why You Received This Message
- In April 2025, AHG transitioned to a new member platform.
- To ensure uninterrupted service, many active members were temporarily placed on a trial during the transition.
- The “trial ending” message is a technical notification. It does not mean your membership has been canceled or suspended.
What Happens Next
- Your membership benefits remain fully active.
- You will receive a separate email with renewal instructions before any payment is processed.
- If you already updated your payment method, your membership will renew automatically on your scheduled renewal date.
No Immediate Action is Required
- You do not need to rejoin or pay now.
- Simply watch for your renewal reminder email or update your billing information at your convenience.
Need More Time?
- If your trial end date is approaching and you need more time to update billing or make arrangements, contact AHG Support — we can extend your trial if eligible.
Is the renewal date different than you remember?
- A small group of members have reported mistakes in their renewal date. We're so sorry about this! Please let us know so we can update your renewal date. We appreciate your support!
- If you are accidentally charged, please let us know! We're happy to provide an immediate refund.
