How to Renew Your AHG Membership

If your AHG community membership has expired, follow these steps to renew:

1. Log in to Your Account

Visit the AHG Community site and sign in with your credentials.

2. Access Billing Settings

Click your profile image (or initials) in the top-right corner, then select Billing from the dropdown menu.

3. Locate Your Expired Subscription

On the Billing page, find the section listing your subscriptions. Look for the one marked expired or cancelled.

4. Renew Your Subscription

Next to the expired subscription, click the three-dot menu (⋯). Choose Renew subscription. (see screenshot)

5. Complete the Checkout Process

You will be taken to the checkout page. Review your plan selection, enter or confirm your payment information, and submit the form to renew your membership.

Your membership will be restored immediately once payment is processed.

Troubleshooting & Additional Tips

• “Renew subscription” option not visible?

  Ensure you've accepted your member invite. In early 2025 AHG updated to a new community platform, and accounts needed to be verified with new passwords. if you're having trouble accessing your account or aren't able to use the password reset feature to get in, please contact AHG support for assistance.

• Need to change your plan or payment details?

  On the Billing page, you can update payment methods and update your subscription.
