How to Cancel or Pause Your Membership

Here’s how to manage your AHG membership if you need to make changes:

Cancel Your Membership

• Log in at: https://community.americanherbalistsguild.com/login
• Go to your Billing Settings: https://community.americanherbalistsguild.com/account/billing?tab=subscriptions
• Find your active subscription.
• Click Manage → Cancel Subscription.

Important About Cancellation

• Canceling will stop future billing.
• You will continue to have access to member benefits until the end of your current paid term.
• No refunds are issued for partially used membership periods.

Pause Your Membership (If Eligible)

• AHG offers trial extensions or account holds during special circumstances (e.g., financial hardship, health issues).
• To request a pause, contact AHG Member Support.
