How to Cancel or Pause Your Membership
Here’s how to manage your AHG membership if you need to make changes:
Cancel Your Membership
- Log in at: https://community.americanherbalistsguild.com/login
- Go to your Billing Settings: https://community.americanherbalistsguild.com/account/billing?tab=subscriptions
- Find your active subscription.
- Click Manage → Cancel Subscription.
Important About Cancellation
- Canceling will stop future billing.
- You will continue to have access to member benefits until the end of your current paid term.
- No refunds are issued for partially used membership periods.
Pause Your Membership (If Eligible)
- AHG offers trial extensions or account holds during special circumstances (e.g., financial hardship, health issues).
- To request a pause, contact AHG Member Support.
Timing for Changes
- You must cancel or request changes before your next renewal date to avoid the next payment.
