How to Create and Update Your Member Profile
Here’s how to set up and edit your profile inside the AHG Member Community:
Log Into Your Member Account
- Visit: https://community.americanherbalistsguild.com/login
- Use your email and password to log in.
Access Your Profile Settings
- Click your profile picture (or initials) in the top right corner.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Click Edit Profile to update your information.
What You Can Update
- Profile photo
- Name and pronouns
- Short biography
- Location (optional)
- Contact preferences and links (website, social media)
Why Complete Your Member Hub Profile
- Helps other members find and connect with you inside the member community.
- Increases visibility when attending events and joining discussions.
- Allows you to customize how you appear in the community (not public).
Important: Member Profile vs. Directory Listing
- Your Member Profile (in Circle) is used inside the AHG online community only.
- Your Directory Listing is a public professional profile on the AHG website.
- Updating your Member Profile does not update your Directory Listing.
- To manage your Directory Listing, you must log in separately to the Directory site using your membership email.

Is my Member Profile public on the internet?
No. Your Member Profile is only visible to other logged-in AHG members in the community.
