How to RSVP for Member Events and Webinars
Here’s how to find and RSVP for AHG events inside the Member Community:
Log Into Your Member Account
- Visit: https://community.americanherbalistsguild.com/login
- Use your email and password to log in.
Find Upcoming Events
- After logging in, click Events in the main navigation menu.
- You’ll see a calendar or list of upcoming webinars, meetups, and workshops.
RSVP for an Event
- Click on the event you want to attend.
- Click the RSVP button to register your interest.
- You’ll receive confirmation details in the event page itself.
Joining the Event
- Shortly before the event, a Join Event button will appear on the event page.
- Click to join the Zoom meeting or session when it goes live.
Important Notes About Event Access
- Some events are for all AHG members, others may be for specific membership levels (example: Registered Herbalists only).
- Check the event description for details.

Some events will include reminder emails through Circle or Zoom. Always RSVP to ensure you are on the event notification list.
Can I RSVP after the event has started?
Yes, you can RSVP and join live if the event is still in progress.
