Troubleshooting Directory Access Issues

If you're having trouble accessing your AHG Directory Listing, here’s what to check:

1. Check Your Email Address

  • Log in with the email linked to your AHG membership. You can see which email is connected to your account by logging into community.americanherbalistsguild.com
  • If you have multiple AHG-related emails, try each one (you can try a password reset)
  • Still no luck? You may need to merge your accounts (see below).

2. No Password Required

  • Enter your membership email on the login screen.
  • You'll receive a confirmation link to access your account.

4. What If I Don’t See My Listing?

  • After logging in, click My Listings.
  • If no listing appears, scroll to the bottom and click Create Listing.
  • Please also email us support@americanherbalistsguild.com to get support with your listing

5. Merge Accounts If Needed

  • If your listing or access is missing, your accounts may need to be merged.
  • Submit a request here: Merge Accounts Request.

Quick FAQ

Why can't I log in?

  • You may be using a different email than the one linked to your membership.
  • You may need an account merge if you used multiple emails with AHG.

Why can't I find my listing?

  • If you recently started a subscription, it may take us a couple of days to connect the subscription to your directory listing. If you're in a hurry, please send us a quick message. Otherwise, we'll send you a notification once we've verified your subscription with a link so you can go and edit your listing.
